Michael Boo

Michael Boo is a former band director, a professional creative writer and the Staff Writer for Drum Corps International.

He holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from VanderCook College of Music and a Master of Music degree from Northern Illinois University with a major in music composition and theory.

He is also a church handbell choir director and an assistant director of a community band in northwest Indiana.

His concert band compositions are being published by TRN Music Publishing, Inc. and his percussion works are published by Studio 4 Productions, Ludwig Music Publishing and PerMus Publications.
