Rod Lincoln

Rod Lincoln, a notable historian and archivist specializing in the history of Plaquemines Parish in southeastern Louisiana.

Rod Lincoln has made significant contributions to preserving and documenting the history of Plaquemines Parish. His extensive research and collection efforts have been recognized by the Center for Southeast Louisiana Studies at Southeastern Louisiana University.

Rod Lincoln grew up in Nairn, attended Buras High School, and later met his wife, Leslie McCutcheon, at Southeastern Louisiana University. The couple celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in June 2025.
