Sharon Chen

Sharon Chen earned a Professional Diploma from Berklee College of Music and a Master's degree in Marimba Performance from The Boston Conservatory. A native Taiwanese, she often incorporates traditional folk melodies into her composition. Her current works include originals and arrangements for solo marimba, percussion ensembles and small chamber groups. She is an active freelance performer/ composer/ arranger in Boston area.
